Victim of West Bank Spring Attack Identified as Father of Six

The victim of a shooting attack at a spring near the settlement of Neve Tzuf in the Benjamin region has been identified as Natanel Shicron, a father of six children from the settlement of Eli Zahav. The attack occurred on Friday.
