Motorcyclist Critically Injured in Highway 1 Collision Near Ben Gurion Junction
A motorcyclist, approximately 30 years old, sustained serious injuries in a road accident on Highway 1 near the Ben Gurion Junction on Tuesday evening. The incident involved a collision between the motorcycle and a vehicle.
Magen David Adom (MDA) received a report of the crash at 9:21 PM. Emergency medical teams arrived at the scene and provided initial treatment to the young man, who was found lying beside the road with severe injuries, particularly to his head, and disorientation.
Paramedics administered life-saving medical care at the scene before transporting him via intensive care ambulance to Sheba Medical Center at Tel Hashomer for further treatment. The driver of the vehicle involved in the collision also received medical attention at the scene but did not require hospitalization.
