Motorcyclist Critically Injured in Negev Collision
A 25-year-old motorcyclist sustained critical head injuries after colliding with a vehicle on Highway 31 near the Nevé Zohar junction in the Negev region on Tuesday morning. Magen David Adom (MDA) reported that the emergency services received a call about the incident at 7:36 AM.
Paramedics arrived at the scene and provided initial medical treatment to the motorcyclist, who was found unconscious. Due to the severity of his injuries, he was airlifted by an MDA helicopter to Soroka Medical Center for further treatment.
Paramedics Wissam Azbarga and Niram Zeid described the accident as serious, noting the motorcyclist's critical head injury and unconscious state upon their arrival. The helicopter landed near the crash site to transport the patient.
