Man Found Dead in Ashkelon Following Suspected Violence
A man, approximately 30 years old, was discovered deceased in Ashkelon early Friday morning. Emergency medical services responded to a report of an injured person involved in a violent incident on Yefe Nof Street. Upon arrival, paramedics found the man lying unconscious on the sidewalk.
Paramedics attempted resuscitation efforts but were ultimately forced to declare the man dead at the scene. Magen David Adom paramedic Hila Bizaui described the scene, stating, "We were led to the man who was lying on the sidewalk after he was apparently involved in a violent incident. He was unconscious, without a pulse and without breathing, and after resuscitation efforts at the scene, we had no choice but to pronounce him dead."
