Man Found Dead in Ashkelon With Signs of Violence
A man, approximately 30 years old, was discovered deceased on Yefeh Nof Street in Ashkelon early Friday morning. Emergency medical services (Magen David Adom) responded to the scene after receiving a report at 1:32 AM. Paramedics found the man lying on the sidewalk, unconscious, without a pulse or breathing. They attempted resuscitation efforts but were ultimately forced to declare him dead at the scene.
According to MDA, the man exhibited severe blunt force trauma, leading to the suspicion that he was injured during an act of violence. Paramedic Hila Bizaui stated that upon arrival, they were led to the man who appeared to have been involved in a violent incident. She described him as unconscious and without vital signs, and confirmed that after resuscitation attempts, his death was pronounced.
