Maccabi Netanya Makes Official Offer for Yehab Gorfinkel

Maccabi Netanya has submitted an official offer for player Yehab Gorfinkel, though financial gaps remain between the club and the player's representatives. The club is awaiting approval from owner Ross Katin to proceed with negotiations. Gorfinkel's potential signing follows a busy transfer window for Maccabi Netanya, which saw four new players join the team: winger Isaac Rodrigues de Lima, Benin national team defender Olivier Verdon, Romanian midfielder Gabriel Simion, and striker Eylon Almog.

Almog, who previously played for Maccabi Tel Aviv, is expected to be in the squad for Saturday's match against his former club. He has been assigned the number 9 jersey and has shown good form in his initial training sessions.

Regarding the team's lineup for the upcoming game, coach Roni Levi is reportedly considering whether to start Maor Levi, who has recovered from an injury and completed a full training session. If Levi does not start, Basem Zra'oura may play further forward, with Nadav Nidam and Aziz Ouattara positioned behind him in midfield. Youngster Alex Talpa is expected to replace Dolev Haziza, who is returning from an ankle injury sustained during the break. The defense is unlikely to change despite a recent loss.

Meanwhile, new signing Gabriel Simion is scheduled to arrive today. He, along with other new players, will be integrated gradually to prevent injuries and allow for better coordination during the upcoming international break.
