IDF on High Alert for Potential Hezbollah War, Continues Gaza Operations

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) are maintaining a state of full combat readiness amid the possibility of renewed hostilities with Hezbollah, according to Al-Hadath TV. The IDF stated that any attempts by Hezbollah to rebuild its military capabilities will be immediately thwarted. The effectiveness of the Lebanese army in fulfilling its duties is considered a crucial factor for advancing a framework agreement between Israel and Lebanon.

Sources indicate that all individuals involved in the October 7th attacks remain targets for pursuit and elimination. Disarming Hamas terrorists is also identified as a primary objective. The situation in Judea and Samaria (the West Bank) is described as volatile and could escalate into further conflict at any moment.

For approximately three months, IDF special forces and the "Yalam" unit conducted a covert operation on the Ali Taher ridge, uncovering Hezbollah's main command complex for its "Badr" unit. Hezbollah operatives reportedly refused to abandon the site, deeming it strategically vital for coordinating attacks and maintaining control.

Fighting in Lebanon has continued over the weekend, with the IDF intensifying pressure on Hezbollah in the Ali Taher ridge area and striking strategic targets. Israel is reportedly seeking to avoid excessive publicity to prevent direct Iranian intervention.

Meanwhile, in the Gaza Strip, the IDF and Shin Bet have resumed operations to eliminate militants. In Judea and Samaria, criticism directed at the political leadership is reportedly increasing.
