Arkia Slashes Prices by 50% for Limited Holiday Sale
Israeli airline Arkia is launching a limited-time "White Night" sale, offering a 50% discount on popular routes for a few hours. The promotion, scheduled for the night of September 18th from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM the following morning, aims to provide Israelis with a chance to book cheaper flights for the intermediate days of the Sukkot holiday. The discount applies to nearly all of Arkia's short and medium-haul destinations from Ben Gurion Airport, including popular European and Mediterranean cities like Montenegro, London, Amsterdam, Budapest, and various Greek islands. Long-haul flights are excluded from the offer. The sale is designed for travelers who can make immediate booking decisions, as the discounted tickets must be purchased within the nine-hour window. While the 50% reduction can significantly lower costs, the final price will vary based on factors such as destination, dates, baggage, and additional services, and travelers are advised to check specific booking details. This sale coincides with Arkia's fleet expansion, as the airline recently introduced another wide-body Airbus A330-300. This eight-year-old aircraft, with 245 seats (45 in business, 200 in economy), will primarily serve the Israel-New York route, joining the existing A330-200 used for long-haul services.
