Israel National Football Team Squad Announced for Nations League Campaign

Coach Ran Ben Shimon has revealed the Israeli national football team's squad for the upcoming four matches in the UEFA Nations League campaign. The team will face Austria, Kosovo, and Ireland twice in these opening fixtures.

Notable inclusions in the squad are 18-year-old Maccabi Haifa talent Noam Steifman, who joins the defense, and Ilai Feingold, making his return to the squad for the first time since refusing a call-up to the youth team in May 2025. Eli Dasa, currently without a club, has also been named, alongside Anan Khalaili, who plays for Crystal Palace in the Premier League.

In midfield, Oscar Gloukh of Ajax is included due to his strong form, alongside regulars Moammad Abu Fani and Dor Peretz. Omri Gandelman also makes the list despite limited playing time in Serie A this season. Neta Lavi will be absent due to injury, and Stav Touriyel has been left out.

The full squad includes goalkeepers Daniel Peretz, Omri Glazer, and Asaf Tzur. The defense features Eli Dasa, Guy Mzrahi, Roy Revivo, Anan Khalaili, Idan Nachmias, Ilai Feingold, Raz Shlomo, Nikita Stoyanov, and Noam Steifman. The midfield comprises Yarin Levy, Eliel Peretz, Oscar Gloukh, Gabi Kanyukovsky, Dor Peretz, Omri Gandelman, Eitan Azulay, and Moammad Abu Fani.
