Bnei Yehuda Signs Brazilian Winger G Jonas for Club Record Fee

Israeli football club Bnei Yehuda announced Tuesday the signing of 21-year-old Brazilian winger G Jonas Abimael da Silva Conceição from Moldovan top-tier side Zimbru Chișinău. The transfer fee, exceeding $200,000, marks the most expensive acquisition since Aliren Ovdat became the club's owner.

G Jonas, who stands at 1.83 meters tall and is left-footed, primarily plays as a right winger. He began his football career in Brazil with Águia de Marabá before moving to Zimbru Chișinău.

This season, G Jonas has shown strong form, scoring 6 goals and providing 3 assists in 13 appearances across all competitions, including a goal in the Conference League qualifiers. In his most recent match for league leaders Zimbru, he scored and assisted in a victory.
