Seret Vizhnitz Rabbi Distributes 3,000 Pomegranates During Rosh Hashanah
Thousands of Seret Vizhnitz Hasidim gathered in Haifa for Rosh Hashanah, spending the holiday in the presence of their Rebbe. The Rebbe led prayers, a tradition of his predecessors, and recited a special "Mi Sheberach" prayer for the complete recovery of the Vizhnitz Rebbe. A highlight of the holiday occurred on the second night of Rosh Hashanah during the communal meal, when the Seret Vizhnitz Rebbe distributed over 3,000 pomegranates to all the Hasidim, from young to old. Amidst the spiritual fervor, a minor incident occurred during the Musaf prayer on the second day of the holiday when a fuse in the main electrical panel blew, causing the air conditioning system in the main sanctuary to shut down. The Hasidim continued their prayers despite the heat. The report includes footage of the events, from the arrival of the Hasidim on the eve of the holiday to the final meal led by the Rebbe.
