Prominent Rebbes Mark Rosh Hashanah Preparations with Community Events

The Vizhnitz Rebbe returned from a trip to Switzerland and inaugurated an expansion of his temporary large synagogue in Bnei Brak. The expansion is in preparation for the High Holidays and upcoming winter celebrations. The construction of the Hasidic center's main complex continues.

In other Hasidic news, the Rebbe of Kretschneif Jerusalem reportedly performed a miracle for a European Jew facing a difficult trial in Belgium, by blessing him with Lulav rings. The Rebbe of Kretschneif Kiryat Gat attended the wedding of his "house attendant" and danced with the groom and in-laws. The Rebbe of Vierzki visited Rabbi Moshe Sternbuch and Rabbi Yaakov Meir Shachter to receive blessings before the High Holidays, with Rabbi Shachter expressing surprise at seeing a study partner from 35 years prior.

The Nadvorna Rebbe of Jerusalem in Beitar Illit appeared in historical attire, including his father's coat and grandfather's kittel, at a special dinner for their synagogue. The Rebbe of Lelov Nikolsburg was in Arad for Shabbat and was seen folding his prayer shawl with song and melody after Shabbat. The Rebbe of Pinsk Karlin officiated at the wedding of his grandson, who is the son of the community's rabbi in Bnei Brak, and the granddaughter of Rabbi Yisrael Grossman, the late head of the Pinsk Karlin Yeshiva.

The Av Beis Din of Vizhnitz, Rabbi Chaim Meir Hager, visited Afula to inaugurate a new kindergarten wing and appoint a new rabbi for the 'Ahvat Yisrael' community. The popular book series "Or Shalom" by the Rebbe of Mishkoltz, spiritual leader of Petah Tikva, focusing on the holidays, has been published. The Vizhnitz Monsey Rebbe visited Bnei Brak, delivering a preparatory talk to students and addressing thousands of Hasidim before Rosh Hashanah, with many coming to receive his blessings.
