Rebbe Visits Youth Camp, Other Hasidic Leaders Attend Events

The Rebbe of Krelly visited the 'Zera Avraham' camp of his Hasidic followers in the Catskill Mountains, offering encouragement to the young attendees ahead of the High Holy Days. Students and young men are returning from the summer camps in the mountains.

In other Hasidic community news, Rabbi Elimelech Biderman of the Spinka Hasidim delivered a strengthening sermon in Beit Shemesh. The Rebbe of Erloy visited Meron, praying near the tomb of Rabbi Shimon bar Yochai and holding a gathering. The Rebbe of Seret-Vizhnitz visited Beitar, receiving congregants for blessings and advice, and also performed a 'chalaka' ceremony for the son of a community activist.

The Rebbe of Satmar revealed his reasons for meeting with President Trump, stating that one should intend for the President when reciting the blessing "who has not made me a gentile." He also addressed students about this matter.

In family events, hundreds of Hasidim celebrated the wedding of the first great-granddaughter of the Rebbe of Munkacs-Belz, where the Rebbe relinquished honors to other grandfathers, taking only the reading of the Ketubah. A memorial stone was erected for Rabbi Chaim Dov Halperin, son of the Rebbe of Vassaloi, at the Nachlat Yitzchak cemetery in Givatayim, attended by his father and father-in-law.

Other events included the distribution of the inheritance of the late Rebbe of Satmar, Rabbi Moshe, involving silver and gold items valued at millions of dollars. The Rebbe of Zutchka celebrated the wedding of his youngest son, and the Rebbe of Skver's great-granddaughter had her wedding in Bnei Brak, a first for the community in Israel. Network star Dudi Kapler celebrated his son's Bar Mitzvah in Jerusalem with prominent figures.
