El Al Boosts UK Flights for Winter Season
Israeli airline El Al announced an expansion of its services to London Heathrow Airport for the 2026/2027 winter season. The national carrier stated that these changes are intended to meet growing passenger demand and strengthen its international route network.
As part of the updated schedule, El Al will add three extra flights per week. These new flights, operating on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, will commence on October 26, 2026. The airline aims to provide convenient departure times, with flight LY209 scheduled to leave Tel Aviv at 11:00 AM and the return flight LY210 departing from London Heathrow at 4:20 PM.
The revised schedule is designed to offer greater flexibility and comfort for both leisure and business travelers, allowing them to plan trips to the British capital according to their personal itineraries. The company also continues to focus on security and brand protection in the digital space, noting a previous increase in third-party internet domains associated with travel and aviation brands, including El Al.
