El Al Expands London Flights, Adds Three Weekly Services

El Al, Israel's national airline, is significantly expanding its flight program to London Heathrow for the 2026/2027 winter season, aiming to provide greater flexibility and comfort for travelers. Starting October 26, 2026, the airline will introduce three additional weekly flights on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, responding to increased demand between Israel and the UK.

The updated schedule includes flight LY209 departing from Ben Gurion Airport at 11:00 AM and flight LY210 leaving London Heathrow at 4:20 PM. These convenient departure times are designed to appeal to both leisure and business travelers heading to the British capital during the autumn and winter months.

In a separate report, cybersecurity firm BrandShield noted a substantial rise in internet domains mimicking major airlines and hotel chains, creating opportunities for fraud. Over the past year, domains associated with Delta Air Lines increased by 77%, and Hilton saw a 122% surge. El Al experienced a roughly 19% increase in related domains within a three-month period. Specifically, Delta Air Lines saw its associated domains grow from 1,421 in August 2025 to 2,517 by July 2026. Hilton's domains rose from 156 to 347 in the same timeframe. For El Al, domains increased from 892 in April to 1,059 by July.
