Prominent Rabbi Mordechai Auerbach Hospitalized in Tel Aviv
Rabbi Mordechai Auerbach, a leading rabbi in Tel Aviv and the spiritual leader of the 'Abir Yaakov' community, has been hospitalized at Ichilov Medical Center due to severe pneumonia. The rabbi has been in the hospital for approximately a week, during which time he also spent the Rosh Hashanah holiday.
Rabbi Auerbach, son of the renowned Rabbi Shlomo Zalman Auerbach, is considered the senior rabbi of Tel Aviv. His hospitalization is due to complications from acute pneumonia. The public has been called upon to pray for his recovery.
