Netanyahu Declares Hezbollah Strongholds Destroyed in Southern Lebanon

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced the completion of operational activities in southern Lebanon, stating that the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) have eliminated key Hezbollah terror strongholds in the region. According to Netanyahu, intensive operations by security forces resulted in the destruction of infrastructure and underground tunnels in the Beaufort and Ali Taher mountain ranges, which served as strategic points targeting northern Israeli communities.

"Our policy is clear: we will continue to destroy terror infrastructure in the security zone in Lebanon. We will continue to remove any threat to the State of Israel," Netanyahu declared. He issued a clear warning to terror groups in the area, stating, "If you have not learned your lesson by now, and you decide to attack us again, you will suffer even heavier blows. There is still work to be done, and with God's help, we will complete it."

The operation focused on dismantling the terror organization's strategic assets, particularly those located in the mountainous terrain that posed a direct threat to Israeli civilians. The Prime Minister emphasized the ongoing nature of the mission and the commitment to ensuring the security of Israel's northern border.
