Netanyahu Warns Hezbollah of Severe Retaliation for Attacks
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu issued a stern warning to Hezbollah on Monday, vowing to continue destroying the group's terror infrastructure and eliminate any threat to Israel. The statement followed an Israeli military operation on the Ali Taher ridge in southern Lebanon.
Netanyahu declared that Israel had achieved a "huge victory" over Hezbollah, destroying its major terror strongholds on the Beaufort and Ali Taher ridges. He reiterated Israel's policy of dismantling terror infrastructure within its security zone in Lebanon and removing all threats to the state.
"I say to our enemies: if you have not learned your lesson by now and decide to attack us again, you will receive even heavier blows," Netanyahu stated. He concluded by acknowledging that "there is still work to be done, and with God's help, we will complete it."
