National Insurance Expands Free Elder Advisory Services Nationwide
The National Insurance Institute is enhancing its digital outreach and expanding its free advisory services for senior citizens and their families. The institute is leveraging social media platforms, WhatsApp, and its official Telegram channel to provide regular updates on benefits, legislative changes, and civil rights.
A special announcement distributed through these channels highlights an expanded consultation service specifically aimed at improving the quality of life for the elderly and ensuring they receive all their entitled benefits. This national advisory system operates across all National Insurance Institute branches throughout the country and is completely free of charge.
The service is staffed by approximately 4,500 retired volunteers who bring extensive life experience and professional knowledge to assist individuals navigating bureaucratic processes. They provide information on available benefits and entitlements, offer a listening ear, and deliver personal support.
In addition to in-person consultations at branches, the institute operates a dedicated national call center for quick and personalized responses. The center can be reached by dialing *9696 and operates from Sunday to Thursday, between 9:00 AM and 1:30 PM.
The National Insurance Institute urges senior citizens and their families, estimated to number four million people, to utilize these services to ensure they claim all their legal rights.
