Boy, 11, Injured After Falling Onto Rooftop in Beit Shemesh

An unusual incident occurred on Yehuda Hanasi Street in Beit Shemesh, where an 11-year-old boy sustained moderate injuries after falling from a height. Initial investigation at the scene indicates the boy was injured when he jumped on a trampoline, flew off it, and landed on a panel roof.

Medical teams from United Hatzalah provided the boy with initial treatment on-site, including bandaging and stabilization. He was subsequently rescued using a tactical stretcher and transported by a mobile intensive care unit to Shaare Zedek Medical Center in Jerusalem for further treatment.

Moshe Shechter, Yoel Hazan, and Yehuda Fried, paramedics with United Hatzalah, stated, "We were informed at the scene that he fell from the structure after jumping on a trampoline and flew off it onto a panel roof. We provided him with initial medical treatment, including bandaging and stabilization, and rescued him on a stretcher to a mobile intensive care unit which evacuated him to Shaare Zedek Hospital for further treatment, with his condition being moderate."
