Israel's Ministry of Health announced on September 10, 2026, the recall of specific jam products imported from China due to consumer complaints about unusual odors and altered texture. The affected products are strawberry fruit jam and a four-fruit jam, sold under the Shkedia brand by importer Din Marketing and Roasting 2021 Ltd. These jams come in 284-gram packages with expiration dates up to April 7, 2028, and barcodes 7290016276756 and 7290019297420.

The manufacturer of the recalled jams is Linyi Dashan Food Co. Ltd., located in China's Shandong province. Both the Ministry of Health and the importing company have urged consumers not to consume the affected products. The importer is working with the Ministry of Health's Central District Food Administration to collect the recalled batches from retail locations nationwide.
