Singer Benצור Halts Concert After Family Removed From Audience

During the final evening of the "Me'irim B'Slichot" (Lighting the Way to Repentance) concert series at Sultan's Pool in Jerusalem, Israeli singer Ben Tzur stopped his performance when he noticed security guards attempting to escort his family members out of the audience.

Footage from the event shows Tzur interrupting his song, stating, "Stop the performance, excuse me. They are sitting here. Stop the performance, from the beginning. Until my family is sitting in front of me, we are not continuing. Family before everything. It's hard to concentrate when you see security guards taking your mother out before your eyes."

Sources present at the concert explained that a crowd had gathered behind barriers near the stage, and security was removing individuals who entered the area due to concerns about overcrowding. Tzur observed his mother being removed and halted the show, requesting she not be escorted out.

Following the brief interruption, Tzur restarted the song from the beginning. The concert was the last in the "Me'irim B'Slichot" series, which also featured performances by Liran Danino, Matan Hassan, and Sasson Shaulov.
