Israeli AI Water Management Firm Wint Secures $36 Million in Series D Funding

Israeli company Wint, which develops AI-powered water management systems for buildings, has raised $36 million in its Series D funding round. The round was co-led by LIP Ventures and Inven Capital. Wint plans to use the new capital to further develop its products and expand its global market presence.

Wint's platform analyzes real-time water consumption data in commercial and industrial buildings, identifying leaks, unusual usage patterns, and other issues before they cause significant damage. Its clients include major corporations, commercial and residential property owners, construction contractors, and critical infrastructure operators.

The company employs approximately 100 people, with about 70 based in Israel. Wint is also developing AI-based products like AI Water Insights and systems for monitoring water temperature and boiler status, aiming to detect malfunctions and excessive energy consumption.

According to Wint, its technologies saved approximately 1.15 billion gallons of water and prevented an estimated $100 million in leak-related damage across over 1,300 instances in 2025. The company also estimates that its systems have reduced carbon dioxide emissions by over 39,000 tons.

This latest funding follows a strategic investment from international property developer Grosvenor in December 2025, who intends to increase the use of Wint's solutions across its global real estate portfolio.
