Israeli Soccer Stars Shine in MLS with Multiple Goals and Assists

Tai Baribo was the standout performer, scoring a brace for D.C. United in their home victory over Columbus Crew. Baribo opened the scoring in the 24th minute and doubled the lead in the 38th, securing a 2-0 halftime advantage. Columbus managed to pull one back in the second half, but D.C. United held on for the win.

In another 2-1 victory, Liel Abada and Idan Toklomati celebrated together as Charlotte FC came from behind to defeat CF Montréal on the road. Montréal took the lead in the 34th minute, but Abada quickly equalized three minutes later, assisted by Allan Saint-Maximin. Toklomati then scored the winning goal in the 81st minute, converting a pass from David Shorno, to seal an important away win for Charlotte.

The Israeli success continued with New England Revolution, where Ofir Marciano was in goal and Ofir Peretz played in midfield. Peretz provided a dramatic assist in second-half stoppage time, setting up Daniel Gazdag for the winning goal in a 2-1 victory over New York City FC. New England had initially fallen behind to a penalty in the 12th minute but equalized in the 71st before Peretz's late contribution secured the three points. This was Peretz's second assist of the season.
