Netanyahu Accuses Palestinian Official of Spreading False Report
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu responded Wednesday to a report published by the Israeli newspaper Haaretz, alleging foreign interference in Israeli elections. Netanyahu stated that a senior Palestinian official, Mohammed Dahlan, residing in the UAE, was behind the "false report" from Haaretz. He further claimed that the journalist who published the story, Shlomi Eldar, received payment from a left-wing organization linked to Yair Golan's party to disseminate what Netanyahu called a "false fabrication."
In a separate statement during a government meeting, Netanyahu also addressed Iran, warning that any attack would result in an unimaginable blow and that the Iranian regime's end is near.
