Truck Collision on Highway 6 Leaves Man in Serious Condition
A man, approximately 50 years old, sustained serious injuries in a collision involving two trucks on Highway 6, near the Nesherim interchange. Emergency medical services, including Magen David Adom (MDA) teams, provided initial treatment at the scene.
The incident was reported to MDA's emergency dispatch at 10:02 AM. Responders arrived to find the man trapped inside one of the trucks, conscious but disoriented. He suffered multiple systemic injuries.
Paramedics worked to extricate the man while administering medical care. He was subsequently transported by an MDA intensive care ambulance to Shamir-Assaf Harofeh Medical Center, where he is being treated for his severe condition.
