Deadline Passes for Knesset Election Candidate Lists

The deadline for submitting candidate lists for the 26th Knesset elections, scheduled in approximately seven weeks, closed on Tuesday. The Central Elections Committee announced that 38 lists have been submitted to compete in the upcoming vote. These lists will undergo a review and verification process in the coming days.

The Central Elections Committee is expected to give final approval to the lists on the 27th of this month, following the completion of the examination process and confirmation that all legal requirements have been met.
