Man Found Deceased in Advanced State of Decomposition in Tel Aviv

Volunteers from ZAKA, an Israeli emergency response organization, were dispatched to Abbas Street in Tel Aviv following a report of a man, approximately 51 years old, found deceased in his home. Upon arrival, ZAKA volunteers Israel Lovel and Moti Derai encountered a scene of advanced decomposition and described the situation as difficult and complex. ZAKA teams worked alongside police forces at the scene to ensure the deceased was treated with dignity and assisted in collecting evidence within the apartment. Following the initial processing of the scene, the body was transferred to the National Institute of Forensic Medicine for further investigation into the circumstances of the death.
