Police Find Gun, Magazine in Northern Village Home Search
During a proactive security operation in the northern village of Kafr Mandā, Israeli police and National Guard forces uncovered illegal weaponry. The search, conducted under a warrant on a residential compound, took place yesterday and involved officers from the Misgav station and the Galilee Special Patrol Unit.
In the yard of a house, officers discovered a Glock pistol, a magazine, and ammunition that had been concealed. Following the discovery, a 33-year-old resident of the village was arrested at the scene.
The suspect was taken for questioning at the police station. The Israel Police stated that forces will continue to operate decisively to locate and prevent the use of illegal weapons, combat crime, and maintain public safety and personal security.
