Palestinian Youth Killed by Israeli Fire During Raid in Aqrabah
A young Palestinian man was killed by Israeli army gunfire on Tuesday morning in the village of Aqrabah, south of Nablus, according to Palestinian sources. The incident occurred after Israeli forces surrounded a house in the Al-Diriya area of the village, demanding that an individual inside surrender. The forces reportedly threatened to blow up the house if the demand was not met.
Local sources reported that the Israeli military imposed a cordon around the residence, accompanied by sounds of gunfire. Later, two explosions were heard from within the besieged house, while Israeli forces continued to fire towards it. An Israeli military bulldozer was deployed to the vicinity of the house, and an Energa projectile was fired at it.
The events unfolded as Israeli forces were engaged in a siege operation in the area.
