New Poll Shows Israeli Political Stalemate Possible Post-Election

A new poll conducted by Channel 12 indicates a potential continued political deadlock in Israel following the next Knesset elections. The survey suggests that a coalition between the anti-Netanyahu bloc and the predominantly Arab party Ra'am could be decisive in altering the political landscape. The "People of Israel" party, led by Ofer Winter, is projected to win 4 seats, while Bezalel Smotrich and Moshe Feiglin's "Religious Zionism-Zehut" is expected to secure 6 seats. Yoaz Hendel's "Reservists Party" falls short of the electoral threshold with 2.7% of the vote. Haredi parties and Benny Gantz's "Blue and White" party also appear to lack sufficient support in the poll. A significant portion of voters, 11.5%, remain undecided. An additional 1% are choosing between parties within Netanyahu's bloc, 2.8% are deciding between parties opposing Netanyahu, and 1.2% are undecided between the two main blocs. Overall, 69% of respondents intend to vote, with higher turnout expected among supporters of both Netanyahu's bloc (75%) and his opponents (81%), compared to independents (61%) and supporters of Arab parties (53%).
