Wertheimer posted a photo of the broken shower door, explaining that she was inside when it happened. She reassured her followers that she was "okay, thank God," and that the incident resulted in only "a little blood and small scratches."

She stated, "I'm really glad it happened to me (and thank God not to anyone else in the house)."
