Swastikas and Vandalism Found at Pardes Hanna School

An alarming incident occurred at the "Shvilim" school in Pardes Hanna, where vandals broke into an art classroom overnight. The perpetrators defaced walls, windows, and desks with numerous swastikas and a racist inscription. The classroom sustained significant damage. The Pardes Hanna-Karkur local council reported the incident on Facebook.

School officials discovered the vandalism upon arriving in the morning. The school principal filed a police report, and officers from the Zichron Yaakov station began collecting evidence and searching for suspects. The motive and perpetrators remain unknown, but the use of Nazi symbols is particularly concerning.

The municipality stated it takes all manifestations of racism, hatred, and violence very seriously, especially the use of Nazi symbols, emphasizing that such actions have no place in the educational system or the community.

Police have not yet reported any arrests. Investigators are examining the evidence gathered at the scene to identify the culprits. The incident, occurring just days after the start of the new school year, adds to the distress, as students and staff returned to find symbols associated with the ideology responsible for the mass murder of Jews.
