Naftali Bennett Unveils 'Together' Party List for Knesset Election

Former Prime Minister Naftali Bennett, chairman of the "Together" party, revealed his slate of candidates for the upcoming Knesset elections on Sunday. Bennett personally selected the entire list, which notably excludes a primary election process. The party emphasized the candidates' extensive public service and military reserve backgrounds, stating that nine individuals on the list collectively served 2,825 days in reserve duty during the Swords of Iron War.

Bennett positioned the list as "the best and most effective list to run for the Knesset in the last generation," comprising "doers who knew how to enter government offices and fix things." The top of the list features Bennett, followed by three former Director Generals: Keren Turner (Transportation and Finance Ministries) in second place, Liran Avishar Ben-Horin (Communications Ministry) in third, and Michal Negri (Ra'anana Municipality) in fourth. Former Knesset Member Eitan Ginzburg rounds out the top five.

Other notable candidates in the top ten include Jonathan Shilo (sixth), party director general Bruria Naim Armen (seventh), former "Acharei" movement CEO Amir Strogo (eighth), Nissan Zevi (ninth), and Orly Harel (tenth). The list also includes individuals in positions 11 through 20, such as Shahar Varon and Jeremy Sultan.

The "Together" party is running in alliance with Yair Lapid's Yesh Atid party. Under their agreement, Bennett heads the joint list, with Lapid in second place. Approximately 40% of the list's positions are allocated to Yesh Atid representatives. This collaboration marks a return to political partnership for Bennett and Lapid, who previously formed a government in 2021 under a rotation agreement where Bennett served as Prime Minister and Lapid as Alternate Prime Minister.
