Bennett Unveils Candidates for New 'B'Yachad' Party Aimed at Ousting Netanyahu
Former Prime Minister Naftali Bennett has introduced the slate of candidates for the 'B'Yachad' party, a new political movement he co-founded with opposition leader Yair Lapid. The party's stated objective is to unseat Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
The "B'Yachad" list features a mix of former high-ranking officials, ex-lawmakers, and reservists. Notable candidates include Keren Turner, who previously headed the Finance and Transportation Ministries, and Liran Avisar Ben-Horin, former Director-General of the Communications Ministry. Other key figures presented are Michal Negri, ex-Director-General of the Raanana municipality; Eitan Ginzburg, a former "Blue and White" party Knesset member; and Yonatan Shalev, a 23-year-old reservist and activist.
Candidates from Bennett's "B'Yachad" will be interspersed with representatives from Lapid's "Yesh Atid" party on the joint electoral list. Projections suggest this unified bloc could secure between 12 and 15 seats in the Knesset, potentially making it the third-largest political force.
According to Channel 12, Bennett is slated to lead the combined list, followed by Lapid, Turner, Me'irav Ben-Ari, Avisar Ben-Horin, and former IDF General Noam Tibon.
