Kindergarten Classes Halted in Rosh HaAyin After Three Break-ins

Classes at the "Sinai" kindergarten in Rosh HaAyin were suspended on Sunday following three separate break-in incidents at the facility over the past few days. According to parents and kindergarten management, a woman believed to be experiencing mental health difficulties entered the premises on three occasions within a short period.

The first incident occurred on Thursday, when the woman allegedly caused damage inside the kindergarten. On Friday, classes were canceled after windows were broken. A further intrusion was reported on Saturday, prompting parents and management to halt all educational activities until security measures are improved.

Parents expressed significant concern for their children's safety and are demanding that the municipality implement immediate security upgrades to prevent unauthorized access. They stated that they had alerted authorities after the initial incidents but felt their concerns were not adequately addressed.

"The issue for us is not the property damage, but the fact that this is a kindergarten," parents said. "After several incidents within days, it's impossible to treat this as a one-off. We want to know our children are protected before they return here."

Classes did not resume on Sunday, with parents awaiting a response from the municipality that will ensure the children's safety. A response from the Rosh HaAyin municipality was not immediately available.
