Israeli Forces Conduct West Bank Raids, Arresting Dozens and Injuring Two

Israeli forces carried out widespread raids across the occupied West Bank on Sunday, detaining dozens of Palestinians and injuring at least two. The military searched numerous homes, detaining residents for field interrogations and reportedly causing damage to property. The operations coincided with attacks by Israeli settlers in areas south of Nablus.

In Tulkarm, Israeli forces raided the village of Ramin and the city itself, firing stun and illumination grenades. Local sources reported an Israeli military vehicle colliding with a car in the city's eastern neighborhood. In Qalqilya, forces entered the city, the al-Naqar neighborhood, and the old city, raiding homes and arresting several young men, including brothers Abd al-Razzaq and Abd al-Rahman Khadrj, Mohammed al-Baz, Muadh Abu Asab, and Alaa Duweiri. A man in his fifties was shot and injured by Israeli forces in the al-Jubayriyyat area of Jenin, and a child was also wounded by gunfire during the raid on Qalqilya.

In Tubas, the Palestinian Prisoners' Club stated that ten Palestinians were arrested in the town of Aqaba after a large-scale home invasion and detention of dozens of residents. One home was reportedly converted into a field interrogation center, and a vehicle was confiscated. The arrests included Karim Jaafar Hassan Ghannam, Suleiman Saeed Suleiman Abu Youssef, Ahmed Youssef Suleiman Abu Youssef, Ahmed Adel Mustafa Ghannam, Mahmoud Walid Ahmed Salameh, Khalid Raed Khalid Abu Ara, Alaa Yassin Mohammed Ghannam, Hamed Adnan Hamed Ghannam, Amr Ahmed Taher Masri, and Suleiman Mohammed Suleiman Abu Youssef.

Raids also occurred in Nablus, targeting the old city and the Jabal Bir Qouza area in Beita. Simultaneously, settlers, under military protection, entered the village of Huwara south of Nablus. Local sources reported settlers destroying power lines near the towns of Usrin and Beita. The incursions extended to the town of Tuqu' southeast of Bethlehem, the town of Beit Awua west of Dura in the southern Hebron, and the city of Jericho.
