Israeli Forces Arrest 20 Suspects in Night Raids Across West Bank Including Terror Plotters

Israeli security forces conducted extensive night operations across the West Bank between Tuesday night and Wednesday morning, arresting 20 suspects linked to terrorism and illegal activities. The raids targeted multiple areas including the Menashe Brigade sector, Jenin, Hebron, Tulkarm, and the Ephraim Brigade region. Among those detained were individuals suspected of planning imminent terror attacks, arms dealers, illegal immigrants, and several Hamas operatives.

In the Menashe Brigade area, soldiers carried out a complex sweep operation, searching over 50 buildings in the Jenin vicinity. Concurrently, in the Judea Brigade sector, five suspects were arrested and dozens more were interrogated. The operation in Hebron was launched following reports of gunfire, with forces quickly moving to locate suspects and neutralize threats.

In Tulkarm, Border Police and military units apprehended four Hamas-affiliated suspects, while an additional individual was arrested in the village of Funduq on suspicion of incitement to terrorism. The Israeli military emphasized its ongoing commitment to dismantling terror infrastructures in the West Bank to ensure the security of local residents and Israeli citizens.

These coordinated actions reflect a sustained effort by the Israeli Defense Forces to prevent attacks and maintain stability in the region amid ongoing security challenges.
