Maccabi Petah Tikva Ready to Cover Player's Salary Amid Transfer Interest

Maccabi Petah Tikva is reportedly prepared to meet the full salary demands of midfielder Joni Stoyanov, who is also being pursued by other clubs. The team's management has already spoken with Alona Barkat, owner of Hapoel Be'er Sheva, Stoyanov's current club, about a potential transfer. Stoyanov himself must now decide on his next destination as multiple teams are vying for his signature.

The club is actively seeking to strengthen its squad following a recent 2-1 loss to Ironi Tiberias, which marked their first defeat of the season after two opening wins. Despite the setback, the team is not overly concerned about their start to the league campaign but acknowledges they missed a significant opportunity to build an early lead.

In parallel, forward Mohamed Hindi is not part of manager Ziv Arie's plans. If Hindi finds a new club before the transfer window closes, he will be allowed to leave; otherwise, he will remain with Maccabi Petah Tikva until at least January. The status of Omer Shirazi has also seen a decline recently.
