IDF Completes Clearance of Hezbollah Underground Infrastructure on Ali Taher Ridge
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced the completion of operations to clear Hezbollah's underground infrastructure in the Ali Taher Ridge area, located within the security zone. Forces from Division 36 gained operational control of the ridge, both above and below ground, eliminating terrorists and forcing others to flee.
The ongoing effort to neutralize the cleared underground facilities continues. Following the operation, the IDF will re-establish defensive positions based on ongoing assessments. The terrorists utilizing these facilities had been planning and executing terror attacks against Israel and IDF forces.

The underground infrastructure included command centers, weapons storage rooms, generator rooms, living quarters, showers, and kitchens, enabling terrorists to conduct operations and reside there for extended periods.
This strategic infrastructure was developed over two decades and was funded and designed by the Iranian regime, according to the IDF. The clearance operation aimed to dismantle this significant asset used by Hezbollah.
