New Poll Shows Netanyahu Leading for Another Term

A new poll conducted by NEXT DATA for Channel 14 News, analyzed by Shlomo Filber, indicates a stable bloc distribution in the Israeli political landscape, with the right-wing bloc maintaining 63 seats and the change bloc at 45 seats. Arab parties hold 12 seats.

The Likud party leads with 31 seats, followed by "Yesh" with 22 seats. Shas remains stable with 10 seats, while the "Achva" party, led by Bennett and Lapid, shows a significant jump from 6 to 9 seats. Democrats and United Torah Judaism each secure 8 seats. Otzma Yehudit, Religious Zionism-Identity, and the Joint List (Hadash-Ta'al-Balad) each receive 7 seats. Yisrael Beiteinu weakens to 6 seats, and Ra'am closes the list of parties passing the electoral threshold with 5 seats.

Notably, the "Amcha Yisrael" party, led by Ofer Vinter, which previously passed the threshold with 4 seats, has fallen below it, garnering only 2.7%. Other parties failing to pass include "Beit Tzioni/HaMiluimnikim" (1.3%), "Blue and White" (1.2%), Noam (0.3%), and "HaAchdut" (0.1%).

In a question regarding suitability for prime minister, incumbent Benjamin Netanyahu leads with 50%, a slight decrease from 51%. Gadi Eisenkot's support drops to 32% from 35%. Naftali Bennett shows a significant increase, rising from 10% to 16%, while Avigdor Lieberman garners only 2%.

The survey was conducted on September 3, 2026, with 865 adult respondents.
