11-Year-Old Girl Seriously Injured After Falling Several Floors in Holon Stairwell
An 11-year-old girl was seriously injured on Monday afternoon after falling from several floors inside a stairwell in a residential building in Holon. The first report reached Magen David Adom's 101 emergency center in the Ayalon region at 5:21 p.m.
MDA paramedics and medics rushed to the scene and provided life-saving treatment on site. The girl was then evacuated urgently to Wolfson Medical Center in serious condition with multi-system trauma.
Medics also treated another woman who witnessed the incident and suffered shock. She was taken to Wolfson Medical Center for further observation. The circumstances that led to the fall are under investigation.
