IDF's 210th Division Concludes Major Drills on Syrian Border
The Israeli military's 210th Division has completed large-scale exercises conducted in the Golan Heights and along the border with Syria. The drills were designed to enhance operational readiness for sudden and complex security incidents.
All units within the division participated, alongside forces from adjacent areas, the Home Front Command, and local authorities and emergency services. The exercises involved simulating dozens of scenarios, including casualty evacuation, mass casualty incident response, medical evacuation, force management during combat, and inter-agency coordination.
The IDF stated that the training incorporated lessons learned from recent combat operations, particularly those from October 7, 2023. Special emphasis was placed on the actions of rapid response teams, the use of firepower, and the deployment of special forces.
