Israel Asked to See U.S.-Iran Understanding and Was Rebuffed
Israel asked the United States to let it review the memorandum of understanding with Iran, but the request was denied, according to a first report aired Tuesday on N12’s "Day Edition." As a result, Israel still does not know the full details of the agreement.
The deal is expected to be signed this coming Friday in Switzerland. The report said Israel has not been given the complete terms despite the agreement nearing conclusion.
Earlier Tuesday, U.S. President Donald Trump said he would hold a press conference on the Iran agreement and would "read the document word for word." He did not say when the deal would be revealed in full.
