Noa Kirel and Daniel Peretz Resume Honeymoon, Heading to Italy After Hospital Scare

After an emergency hospital stay caused by appendicitis, singer Noa Kirel and her husband, footballer Daniel Peretz, took off again on Tuesday morning for a second honeymoon. The couple was seen at the airport ready to fly to a new destination, Italy, according to a report in Yediot-style entertainment coverage.

Kirel wrote on Instagram that after five days of home IV treatment three times a day, she had been cleared by doctors to continue with pills and travel to a quiet destination to extend the honeymoon for a few more days. She thanked the medical team at Ichilov Hospital for their close care and said she needed to rest.

Earlier in the week, Kirel had updated worried followers about why she was rushed back from the start of the honeymoon in Tokyo. She said, “My appendix was not really cooperating.” The romantic trip was meant to be the couple’s first major break since their wedding, after a busy and exhausting period professionally.

The pair returned abruptly to Israel after Kirel suddenly felt unwell shortly after landing in Japan, and they chose not to take any unnecessary risks. Now, despite the health setback, they are continuing the trip in a calmer setting in Italy.
