After appendectomy scare, Noa Kirel and Daniel Peretz head to Italy for a second honeymoon
Noa Kirel and Daniel Peretz flew out for a mini honeymoon in Italy on Monday evening, after a medical issue cut short their first honeymoon in Japan. The couple will spend the coming days in Verona, hoping this trip goes more smoothly than the last one.
The newlyweds, who married twice and are now eight months into marriage, had only managed to reach Japan last week before returning to Israel after two days, where Kirel was rushed into hospital. She later told followers, “We planned a honeymoon, but my appendix did not really cooperate. I’m fine, thanks to everyone for the concern, I have a perfect husband who took care of me. Only health, amen.”
On Tuesday morning, Kirel said she had spent five days on home IV treatment three times a day, which significantly reduced the inflammation. She added that the professors had approved a switch to pills and a short trip to a quiet destination so she could continue the honeymoon, saying, “Thank you for the close support, and only rest, rest, rest.”
