Benjamin Machini unveiled at Hapoel Kfar Saba after leaving Hapoel Haifa

Machini, 29, spent the past season at Hapoel Haifa, where he initially got a chance as first-choice keeper but suffered a quadriceps tear. With Hapoel Haifa already announcing an extension for backup keeper Matan Ambar, Machini was set to depart the Carmel club.

He is expected to join the Yellows, while Hapoel Haifa is also preparing to part with goalkeeper Razi Abu Hamdan, who is on his way to M.S. Ashdod. Machini is a Jewish goalkeeper who signed for Hapoel Haifa about a year ago after one season with Hapoel Raanana in the Liga Leumit, and earlier played in Sweden for Djurgardens, where he won the 2019 championship.
