Musicians Perform Mashup on Navy Ship for Annual Music Chart

Israeli musicians Shuli Rand and Jimboy J have collaborated on a special performance, merging their hit songs "Lev Lavan" (White Heart) and "Meshech Lavan" (White Sail). The unique mashup was filmed aboard a Sa'ar 6-class missile corvette of Flotilla 3 in Haifa, celebrating the annual Israeli music chart organized by ynet and Galgalz.

"Meshech Lavan," with lyrics and music by Jimboy J (Omer Hebron) and Kutiman, was combined with Rand's "Lev Lavan," written and composed by Rand and Avi Ohayon. Assaf Talmudi handled the musical arrangement and production. The full performance will soon be available on streaming services.

Both artists are nominated in this year's chart. Jimboy J's album "Hakol Tov" (Everything is Good) is competing for Album of the Year, while Rand's "Lev Lavan" is nominated for Song of the Year. The public is invited to vote in the annual chart, with prizes including tickets and accommodation for a year's worth of festivals, such as the Tamar Festival, courtesy of Forum Productions and Ticketmaster.
