New Summer Menus Debut at Vinni and Mina Tomay Restaurants
The Vinni restaurant chain is celebrating its 10th anniversary with new summer menus designed for families, particularly targeting parents seeking relief during August. The menu features an Italian aperitivo with four new alcoholic spritz drinks, including Limoncello Spritz, Vini Spritz with Aperol, and Arnancia Spritz with Campari. These drinks are priced at 32 shekels until 5 PM. Alongside the aperitivo, Vinni is launching "Vinni Bambini," a summer kids' club. This club includes a pizza-themed craft kit with a small pizza box for coloring, a paper pizza-making activity with toppings, and a branded pencil case with colors, aiming to entertain children for a short period.
In parallel, the Perfect Ted matcha brand has partnered with the Vaniglia ice cream chain to launch a new line of matcha-based products for the summer. Offerings include matcha and vanilla ice cream, a mango matcha shake, a coffee matcha shake, and a dulce de leche matcha shake. The ice cream is priced at 22 shekels per scoop and 118 shekels per kilogram, with shakes at 36 shekels. A tasting confirmed the matcha ice cream is balanced, sweet, and vanilla-flavored with a subtle matcha taste.
The Asian restaurant group Mina Tomay is also introducing a refreshing summer specials menu focused on fresh ingredients and raw fish dishes. New items include "Sea Bite" (48 shekels) with white fish tartare, teriyaki, tobiko, and chili aioli on sushi rice, salmon tataki (58 shekels), tuna sashimi with seasonal fruit (67 shekels), and tuna bruschetta (79 shekels). The dessert menu features a corn-flavored ice cream cake with polenta cookie and caramelized white chocolate. Both the Vinni and Mina Tomay summer menus are available across all their branches throughout the summer season.
