Chef Yuval Ben Neriah Launches Summer Food and Drink Events at Yima and Taizu

Chef Yuval Ben Neriah is enhancing the summer dining scene with special events at his fish-focused deli-restaurant Yima, located in Big Fashion Glilot mall near Ramat HaSharon. Yima, which brands itself as a "butcher shop for refined, clean, and perfect fish dishes," offers fresh seafood, pantry products, and chef-prepared meals that can be enjoyed on-site or taken home. To celebrate summer, Yima is hosting fun evenings featuring curated food and drink pairings in collaboration with Beluga Vodka and Malfy Gin. These events combine light fish-based dishes with cocktails designed to complement the flavors, such as a Lychee Martini paired with grilled fish salad, a Botanicals & Tonic with Yima Tokyo ceviche, and a Malfy Rosa gin cocktail alongside oysters with lemongrass and passion fruit. The events include music by DJ SIMONSAYS and promise a lively atmosphere, ideal for after-work relaxation or starting a summer night out. The next Yima summer event is scheduled for June 30 from 18:30 to 22:00, with another planned in July.

In addition to Yima, Chef Ben Neriah's acclaimed Taizu restaurant in Tel Aviv is offering a lunchtime deal with a 20% discount on all full-sized dishes from Sunday to Thursday, 12:00 to 18:00. The promotion includes signature dishes like the spicy ramp steak with chili oil and the highly praised Massaman tofu or duck with Kashmiri chili, galangal, coconut, peanuts, and basil.
